Training, Awareness & Capacity Building

التدريب والتوعية وبناء القدرات

Most successful attacks reach a person before they reach a system. Training is the control that addresses that — delivered as practice and measurement, not as an annual slideshow.

At a glance

  • From all-staff awareness to SOC analyst training
  • Phishing simulation with measured results
  • Deliverable: measurable change in click rates

What this covers

Awareness training has a poor reputation because it is usually delivered as a compliance exercise: an hour of slides, a quiz, a certificate, no measurable change. Meanwhile phishing remains the most common initial access route we see.

We run it as practice instead. Staff receive simulated phishing they were not warned about, results are measured, and the training targets what people actually fell for. For technical teams we go deeper — secure coding, incident response exercises, and SOC analyst training on your own tooling.

What you get

Cybersecurity awareness training

Short, role-specific sessions for all staff, in Arabic or English.

Phishing simulations

Realistic campaigns with measured click and report rates.

Secure coding training

For developers, using the languages and frameworks you actually ship.

Security workshops

Focused sessions on a topic your team is about to take on.

SOC analyst training

Hands-on training for monitoring staff, on your own tooling.

Executive awareness

A short, direct briefing for leadership on decisions and liability.

How we run it

01

Baseline

An unannounced simulation to establish where you actually stand.

02

Target the training

Content built around what the baseline exposed, not a generic curriculum.

03

Deliver

Short sessions scheduled around operations, on site or remote.

04

Re-measure

A second simulation to show whether behaviour changed — the only real proof.

Common questions

Will staff be punished for failing a simulation?

No, and we advise strongly against it. Punishment teaches people to hide mistakes, which is the opposite of what you need. The goal is a high reporting rate, not a low click rate alone.

Can training be delivered in Arabic?

Yes. Awareness and executive sessions run in Arabic or English; technical training follows whichever language your team works in.
